RELAXATION MASSAGE
A full body massage that starts with your scalp and ends at your fingers and toes. Experience immediate relief as Colene's strong fingers relax your tight scalp muscles. Feel your tension dissipate as Colene massages your body, giving your neck, shoulders, back, and feet the special attention they deserve.
1/2 Hour $40, 1 Hour $65, 1 1/2 Hours - $90
DEEP MUSCLE MASSAGE
Muscles work by contracting. Stressed, injured or overused muscles become chronically contracted and painful and often refer pain to other parts of the body.
Deep muscle massage and Trigger Point work can alleviate pain by releasing Trigger Points and muscle tension. Elimination of Trigger Points allows the muscles to relax and lengthen, enabling the body to move more freely and painlessly.
Colene's skill and training can help you find those trigger points that are causing your pain. At the end of your hour long table session Colene will provide you with a chart of your Trigger Points and show you how you can easily work on your own Trigger Points.
1 Hour $75, 1 1/2 Hours - $100
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Smooth, warm stones and hands combine to provide the ultimate pampering, healing therapy. From the large stones on your back to the tiny stones between your fingers and toes, your body will respond to the warmth, compression and grounding sensations of the stones. Swedish and Deep Muscle Massage (if desired) are incorporated into the stone massage. You will float in a curious mixture of relaxation and invigoration.
1 Hour $80, 1 1/2 Hours - $110
COMPASSIONATE TOUCH
Compassionate Touch is a gentle touch designed by Dawn Nelson for those who are chronically ill and/or in the last stage of life. Based on the person's needs, Compasssionate Touch incorporates various caring activities, such as active listening, gentle massage, and compassionate focus on the individual. Services are provided in Colene's studio or in the individual's own home or skilled care facility. Relatives often arrange for Colene to provide this service for their loved ones. For more than two years Colene has provided Compassionate Touch for Regional Hospice patients in Ashland, WI. She is the only certified Compassionate Touch practitioner in the state of Wisconsin. Colene's training included hands-on practice under the supervision of Dawn Nelson, founder of Compassionate Touch.
1/2 Hour $35, 1 Hour - $60
COUPLES MASSAGE INSTRUCTION

Colene teaches couples basic Swedish Massage strokes so that they can provide relaxing massage for each other. The benefits and contraindications of massage are also taught.
